Application for the Master Electrical Engineering and Information Technology
Thank you for your interest in the Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at our KIT department! Admission to the program is not restricted. All applicants who meet the admission requirements will be offered a place on the program.

In a first step the admission requirements are checked on the basis of the submitted Transcript of Records. The transcript has to contain the workload (i.e. credit points), so that the admission committee can check the requirements for each area.
Points are awarded to determine the aptitude of the applicants. Depending on the number of points, either direct admission, rejection or an invitation to an online application interview is issued, in which applicants can prove their aptitude for the program.
